Job Title : Lead Machine Operator

Job Description

We are hiring Lead Machine Operators to run packer head machines. Candidates will be responsible for the following : - Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements- Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates- Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction- Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance, ensuring product meets quality requirements- Perform routine machine maintenance- Assist other Operators to set up machines and complete necessary tasks to meet deadlines and product completion- Oversee a team of 5 operators, providing assistance where needed

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Northlake, Texas.

Work Environment

Industrial manufacturing facility with open air and gravel yards. The environment can be cold in winter and hot in summer.
