What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents / requests related to the client's human resource system
- Investigate and analyze data discrepancies between the client’s human resource system and the National Finance Center
- Document defects and enhancements, processing them through appropriate intake procedures
- Support new implementation configurations, demos, User Acceptance Testing, and Q&A of system modules
- Provide guidance on personnel processing best practices
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis with PeopleSoft and Federal financial systems
- US Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Must reside and work in the United States
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Federal Human Resources and / or Human Resources Systems
- Agile / Scrum Master Certification
- Working knowledge of a data modeling tool (Visio, Axure, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
