GENERAL SUMMARY :
Grant funded position.
Location : Lincoln Park High School (Lincoln Park, MI)
- Provides inpatient and / or outpatient medical care.
- Takes patient history, performs physical examination, orders, and interprets tests, makes diagnoses, and institutes appropriate treatment programs.
- Works in collaboration with staff physicians, house officers, nurses, and other medical care team members to ensure that patient outcomes are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Specific procedures are individually credentialed as indicated by training and experience.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURES REQUIRED :
- Current BLS or ACLS as required.
- Current ATLS / PALS provider status as required by department.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an APP with pediatric population
- Must meet MDHHS CAHC requirements.
- Candidate must be experienced to work in an autonomous environment
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an APP with the pediatric / adolescent population.
