Certification Details
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA only)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA only)
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA only; Required for ER and Brain Injury units)
- NIH Stroke Certification (Required for all RN candidates except for OR and Family Birth Place)
- State License Verification (Primary source verification required)
- Color Blind Testing Online (Required within 1 year of contract start date)
Job Details
- Position / Specialty : MS / Tele RN
- Ratios : Normal Ratios for med / surg, Day and Eve 5 : 1, Nights 6 or 7 : 1.
- Stretch Ratios for Med / Surg Day / Eve 6 : 1 Nights 9-10 : 1
- We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living
- We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines
- Years of experience REQ : 1
- First-timers accepted : Yes
- Weekend REQ : EOW
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units? Float to MS, ICU, ED.
- Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed
- Locals accepted : No locals (50 miles)
- Pending License accepted : No
- RTO Restrictions : We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract
- Guaranteed Hours : 36
- Special Requirements : Tele required.
