Property Manager, Entry-Level
Great Work Environment Join a friendly, high-performing Property Management team managing a portfolio of retail, mixed-use, or office properties located within the Wasatch Front with the potential of properties throughout the Intermountain West.
This job is full-time and located in our corporate offices in Sugarhouse.
Pay : We will pay aggressively in both salary and bonus for the right person.

- Manage common areas through site inspections, contractor meetings, and repair and maintenance programs.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants through face-to-face interactions, resolving conflicts, and collecting rent.
- Prepare and manage various documents including financial reports, leases, audit reports, and others.
- Prepare and manage budgets and common area reconciliations.
- Manage effective relationships with vendors, contractors, lenders, owners, and others.
Qualifications :
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive and approachable
- Ability to work with and adapt to multiple online software platforms
