Job Summary :

The Account Executive Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers through in person meetings, presentations, cold calling and attending networking events.

The appropriate candidate has strong interpersonal skills and can approach mortgage brokers and bankers with our DSCR and Fix and Flip products.

Ideal candidates for this position have a strong service-oriented mindset with prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proven knowledge of mortgage lending.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Include the following but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.

  • Present loan products, pricing, point of contacts, and business model to prospective and existing customers
  • Attend in-person broker networking events, present in-person at mortgage broker offices and establish nationwide network of mortgage brokers
  • Provide loan pricing for brokers and train brokers to utilize our rate sheet
  • Triage and respond to incoming loan scenarios from brokers
  • Train brokers on submission process, loan follow up, and reporting
  • Work closely with the brokers to ensure a smooth interface with our loan origination, underwriting, and processing teams

  • Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and underwriting
  • Knowledge of DSCR and Fix and Flip products
  • Minimum three years wholesale mortgage lending sales experience required or DSCR / Fix and Flip lending
  • Comfortable with Salesforce CRM

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is 70k - 110k. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, 0training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
