The MF PM performs the core duties listed below.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPM on 15 + projects at any given timeCreate and execute Subcontract Agreement with Build PartnersBid and track all scopes per project as necessaryTrack Project ScheduleTrack Project BudgetResponsible for visiting each project as needed throughout its life cycle which could include : before construction and at project completion.

Larger jobs may require more visits.Track Utility coordinationEvaluate designs with design resource, optimize with customer and subcontractorTrack schedule against contract baseline scheduleManage invoice submissions from subcontractorCoordinate site logistics, specifically phasing, laydown area, parking impacts and roof accessFully plan and execute power shutdown / tie in schedule with subcontractorVerify utility shutdown is scheduledProactively work with customer to send out notices of power shut down 2 weeks prior to dateObtain final inspection with AHJCoordinate with Interconnection Manager to obtain PTOCoordinate necessary aspects for final incentive inspectionREQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership roleMinimum of 2 years experience of working knowledge of commercial construction1+ years experience in MultiFamily constructionFamiliar with Solar installation processes and requirements working with local Public Utility CommissionsFamiliar with single and three phase electricalFamiliar with OSHA codeFamiliar with basic Gantt chart schedulingUse of fall protection on all roof types.

General knowledge of OSHA codes, electrical codes, building codesMust be a self directed individual that can thrive in a team or individual atmosphere.

Willing to operate in a fast paced environment where you are part of building the program while operating the day to day needs of the business.
