We are seeking an efficient Data Entry Clerk to join one of our top clients in the title insurance industry located in Garden Grove.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update data in the company database, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- Review and verify documents to confirm completeness and accuracy of information needed for processing.
- Develop and implement data naming conventions and consistent definitions to enhance data quality.
- Manage large volumes of data with precision, ensuring high standards of accuracy and speed.
- Provide comprehensive support to departmental processes, facilitating seamless operations.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall team objectives.
Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in data entry and data management.
- Ability to adhere to established procedures and guidelines.
