Responsibilities :
As a Speech Language Pathologist with Ascend, your responsibilities include :
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing therapy sessions to enhance clients' speech and language skills.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and educators to create comprehensive care plans.
- Supporting clients' families and caregivers.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements :
To qualify for this position, you need :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
