Responsibilities :

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Ascend, your responsibilities include :

  • Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing therapy sessions to enhance clients' speech and language skills.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and educators to create comprehensive care plans.
  • Supporting clients' families and caregivers.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements :

To qualify for this position, you need :

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected Hours : No more than 40 per week

Schedule : Monday to Friday, No weekends

Work Setting : In-person, School

Education : Master's (Preferred)

License / Certification : CA SLP License (Required)

Ability to Relocate : San Francisco Bay Area, CA : Relocate before starting work (Required)
