Your Day-to-Day :
- Monitor the client to make sure they are well cared for.
- Assist clients with personal care - think showers, dressing, and oral care.
- Aid with mobility - from beds to walks to wheelchairs.
- Be there for medication reminders.
- Assist with preparing meals.
- Observe and report any change in condition- because you care.
- Document your day, in line with our warm policies.

Essentials You Bring :
- A clean background check and a reliable transportation.
- Following care plan directions and an ability to be present with your clients.
- An understanding heart that can manage the ebb and flow of care work.
Are you Qualified?
- Have a current CHHA license
- Active participation and movement.
- Pass and background check and drug test
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
