36 hours per week; Experience in hemotology and / or oncology a plus!
JOB SUMMARY :
Provides health care in collaboration with physician(s). Manages selected cases according to established protocols; maintains case histories, medical reports, and other records; prepares treatment plans; orders x-rays and other diagnostic procedures; writes prescriptions according to protocols; refers acute and chronic care patients; patient education counseling; conducts health assessments utilizing diagnostic tools and laboratory tests.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Currently licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure and Supervision OR the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Demonstrates graduation from an approved school for Advanced Practice Clinicians (PA or APRN)
- Experience in a clinic or ambulatory setting preferred
- National certification as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (if applicable)
- Licensed under the supervision of an Active Staff physician
- Physically and mentally able to conduct job duties as listed
- Maintains malpractice coverage as defined by the Board of Trustees
- Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire
