- Compensation : Compensation is based on salary + productivity incentives. Base salary starts at $210k but can be incentivized beyond $230k, taking into consideration additional bonuses and incentives.
- Benefits : -Medical, Dental, and Vision, which has a bi-weekly employee cost of $30 / pay period for a single plan and $60 / pay period for a family plan.
- Employer-paid benefits : We provide you with supplemental STD & LTD, a life insurance policy valued at $50,000, and an accidental death and dismemberment policy valued at $50,000.

- 60% of patient population is pediatrics and children, with 40% being a mix of adults-Work where your values lie : TFH is a charity-based organization, giving 20% of annual proceeds back to the community we serve-Flexible work scheduling available : Open to negotiating a 4-day workweek, based on patient and provider needs-Zero call responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS : Candidates must be comfortable caring for a variety of patients and see birth to geriatric patients.
60% of our patient population is pediatrics. -Must be BC (new grads accepted) and have DEA and BLS licensing. Malpractice and Tail will be covered by the organization
