The Position

TalentCompass is a high-growth, recruiting and talent solutions firm based in Santa Monica, CA. We work with clients from F100 to smaller, privately held firms in a variety of industries ranging from financial services to tech.

We’ve developed a data-driven approach, based on our IP found in the book Evidenced-Based Recruiting, published by McGraw Hill and authored by our co-founder, to help our clients accelerate their talent pipelines and design a systematic way to solve their biggest recruiting problems.

About the role

  • Lead a team of recruiters to shape recruiting strategy to meet client objectives
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for our client’s open roles
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview and selection process
  • Contribute to the management of client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications and Candidate Background

  • A Bachelor’s degree demonstrating high achievement from a top tier college or university
  • Passion for making personal connections with clients, candidates, and colleagues
  • Ownership mentality capable of leading large, long-term projects
  • Comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Location

The position is based in Santa Monica, CA. We operate on a hybrid schedule, allowing for flexibility and collaboration. The team works in-office two days per week.
