Soliant is in search of qualified School Psychologists for full-time roles within school districts in the Lantana, TX area.
The ideal candidates will deliver comprehensive psychological services to students while adhering to local and state guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assessments and Evaluations : Conduct psychological evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Results Interpretation : Analyze assessment outcomes and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
- Counseling Services : Offer individual and group counseling to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
- Collaboration : Work with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support strategies.
- Meetings Participation : Engage in IEP meetings and other team discussions as necessary.
- Record Maintenance : Keep accurate, confidential records of assessments, counseling sessions, and interventions.
- Professional Development : Stay current with best practices and trends in school psychology.
Required Qualifications :
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist in the state.
- NASP certification is preferred.
- Experience in school-based settings is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of state and local regulations regarding school psychology.
