Partner Attorney

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Attorney to join our team in Fresno, CA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal counsel, managing complex cases, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm.

Base pay range : $200,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of legal cases, ensuring high-quality representation for clients.
  • Collaborate with other partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters and firm strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and communication.
  • Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Stay updated with the latest legal developments and trends, applying them to client cases.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a reputable law firm, with a proven track record of success in handling complex legal cases.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a legal team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
