This thriving law office is seeking a customer friendly inidividual to be the point of contact when clients enter their law firm
This position will support the lawyer in the day to day administrative duties and operations
This part time role is ideal for the individual who is highly organized and administrative savvy.
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location : Nashville, TN
Hours / Days : 8 : 00a - 1pm (flexible), Monday - Friday
Pay : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Parking : Parking pass provided
Status : Contract long term to hire
Job Description :
- Operating phone system with inbound and outbound calls
- Greet clients, vendors and guest
- Create and coordinator legal files
- Maintain organize operations
- Create invoices
- Respond to emails
- Coordinate attorney's calendar and appointments
- Conduct as needed clerical request
Job Requirements :
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Some college credits is a plus
- Two years of administrative experience in professional / corporate environment
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office
