This is a hybrid role (2+ days per week onsite); candidates located in Seattle, WA are preferred, however, candidates located in Austin, TX or West Hollywood, CA will also be accepted.

We are seeking a highly motivated and globally minded Paid Boosting Senior Manager to support our dynamic Social Media team for a short-term contract.
This role is vital to driving growth for Expedia Group; they will own and manage paid social campaigns across various platforms, globally (both B2C and B2B).
They will be responsible for guiding our paid boosting strategy and managing all organic social paid campaigns on a global scale, working closely with a Paid Boosting Manager.
This is a temporary 12-month assignment
Responsibilities of the Senior Manager Paid Social :
- Provide strategic leadership by directing and refining the global paid boosting strategy, optimizing performance, and building efficiencies across all markets and brands
- Design, implement, and manage organic paid social campaigns, tailored to specific audiences and cultural contexts, while optimizing and maximizing the paid boosting budget for the global social team
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across global markets, identifying both regional successes and areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with internal EG teams on audience segmentation tactics and targeting methods to fully encapsulate the customer marketing funnel across paid social
- Develop and implement testing opportunities in close collaboration with the organic social team to enhance and complement their overarching strategies
- Own monthly reporting by creating comprehensive reports and providing actionable insights for all global social teams
Qualifications of the Senior Manager Paid Social :
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a related role
- Understanding of management and execution of paid social and social media platforms
- Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms and their functionalities, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and others, with a deep understanding of their specific global reach and nuances
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with teams across different regions
- Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen interest in global markets and cultural trends
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a valuable asset
