Strategist for Leading Creative Agency (Recruited by Vicarious Talent Agency)

Role Overview : Vicarious Talent Agency is thrilled to partner with a prominent creative agency in recruiting a talented Strategist who is ready to tackle challenges with a sharp mind and a dynamic approach.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only in tune with societal trends but also has the intelligence and wit to leverage these insights in a business context.

The position is remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere, although it may require some travel for client meetings and team collaborations.

Your Primary Duties Include :

Proactively setting, documenting, measuring, prioritizing, and optimizing goals and objectives for client accounts.

Continuously generating and leveraging new ideas to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Transforming complex ideas into clear, digestible concepts.

Creating compelling PowerPoint decks to present strategies and insights to clients.

Developing a deep understanding of the client's products, services, market, and consumers.

Monitoring and interpreting cultural and social trends that are relevant to client businesses.

Writing creative briefs that guide the development of top-tier creative work.

Working closely with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.

Engaging in copywriting as necessary, as directed by client needs or internal strategy.

Proactively optimizing internal agency processes and documentation to enhance operational effectiveness.

Regularly presenting to the agency team to share insights on client industries, innovations in strategy, and performance of current initiatives.

Actively seeking opportunities for new business with both existing clients and potential new partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities with a record of success in a similar role.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

Background in monitoring trends and applying this knowledge in a strategic business context.

Experience with copywriting and the ability to express ideas clearly in written form.
