Software Development Engineer, AWS Hyperplane

Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 Hyperplane Team is looking for engineers to join our growing development teams in Seattle, WA.

EC2 Hyperplane is an AWS core service that offers customers incredibly scalable and robust load balancing technology. We support a number of internal services as well as customer facing products, such as NAT Gateway, Network Load Balancer, Private Link, Gateway Load Balancer and many others.

We are now designing and building the next generation systems capable of handling massive amounts of data per day, and growing from there.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
