Project Architect – Licensed
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Architect to join a dynamic, midsized architecture firm. The ideal candidate will be a licensed architect with some project management skills and a passion for delivering thoughtful, accurate, high-quality designs. This role offers the opportunity to lead commercial architecture design projects from concept through completion, while collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration
- Develop design concepts, plans, elevations, and technical documents that meet client goals and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables efficiently
- Review and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards
- Oversee and mentor team members, providing guidance and quality assurance
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality
