Job Title : General Manager

Job Description

The General Manager oversees all company snow & ice control operations. This includes managing all field operations, sub-contractors, customer relationships, sales / business development activities, and ensuring the division meets profitability goals.

• Landscaping or snow removal company experience required
• Maintain / develop measures to track renewals, new sales conversion, and close rates
• Provide weekly sales updates to senior management, including forward-looking statements to project weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales totals, as well as comparisons to prior years' results
• Calculate bid rates for each account for individual and group job costing
• Prepare presentation materials for more involved bids as needed
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to help facilitate sales goals and meet annual company sales / profitability objectives
• Identify new tools to further streamline the lead / sales generation process
• Increase overall sales of the snow & ice control division while maintaining margins and profitability

This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.

Work Environment

14 people in Colorado. Field team is 60 people and ramps up to 100 in snow season.
