Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend & would be required to fill in gaps in wknd scheduleCall : Must be within 30 minutes of hospital;

driven by census and call would always be a shift originally scheduled and got put on callHolidays : Work in to the holiday schedule

Other Details : First to FloatFloat to tele 4 to 1Ratios : 1 : 1, 1 : 2EMR : CernerCommon diagnosis / Types of patients : Adults & Peds - MedSurg, Neuro, Balloon pumps (perm staff does, if have experience will do class & bedside check-off), cranies, occasional ICP, CABG, some trauma that aren't transferred out, psych - OD, peds minor / DKA, TPA, hypothermia, ECMO, Impalla, CRRT - PrismaFlex (perm staff does, if have experience will do class & bedside check-off), TAVR, & EVAR, may start doing carotid stenting, ECOS, IABP (not required to be able to do would have to get checked off)
