Weekends : Every other weekend (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract)

Holidays : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays.

If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Primary floating required is ICU Float but could float to all MS, MS / Tele, PCU, ICU units within the hospitalRatio / Census : 1 : 2-3 ICU;
