Conduct thorough assessments and deliver treatment for pediatric patients.Adapt flexible work hours to support our clinic's growth and patient needs.Achieve or surpass productivity targets set by the Medical Director of Pediatrics.Implement clinical diagnostic and evidence-based treatment protocols for children's health.Provide availability by phone during scheduled hours to offer assistance as needed.Participate in the creation and updating of patient education materials and practice guidelines.Supervise non-physician providers including Licensed Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.Contribute to health care students' education through clinical supervision.Develop and maintain clinical quality assurance programs.Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and committees.Engage in the Performance Improvement Program.Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend coverage.Undertake additional duties as assigned.Qualifications
Strong commitment to pediatric healthcare from newborns to adolescents.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.Adherence to the Code of Ethics associated with your professional licensing entity.Completion of required continuing education to maintain your professional license.Maintain good standing with the professional licensing board.Exhibit cultural competency and sensitivity to all populations served.Proficient communication skills with staff, community, and public.Capability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to maintain composure under stress.Pass a mandatory criminal background check.Proficiency in all aspects of Electronic Medical Records (EMR).About Legacy Community Health
