We are looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join our Luxco team in St. Louis, Mo. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial building maintenance and grounds keeping.
What will you do?
Groundskeeping
- Inspecting campus grounds daily.
- Correcting issues found including weed removal, trash pickup and snow shoveling as needed.
Contractor Liaison
Oversees building services work performed by outside contractors including snow removal, landscaping, larger building repair or renovation projects.
Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all facility equipment including HVAC systems, Boilers and Chillers.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks in a campus of commercial buildings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
Driver
- Picking up, delivering spare parts or materials when needed to support the bottling operation.
- Schedules basic vehicle maintenance on company truck.
What do you need to bring to the table?
- Three years commercial building maintenance experience.
- OR an associate degree in the field of Industrial Technology and a minimum of one year of experience in commercial building maintenance.
- Flexibility to work off shift / overtime when required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Hand and power tool knowledge.
- Entry level computer skills (Email, Excel, Word).
