Role : Warehouse Associate

Reports to : Warehouse Supervisor

FLSA : Non-Exempt

Location : Morrisville, NC

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to our customers accurately and on time, while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

What You Will Do :

• Process daily shipments to meet customer and company expectations
• Perform tasks in one or more process paths, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping
• Unload / load trucks and ocean containers
• Separate items by SKU, stack boxes onto pallets, shrink wrap pallets for safe handling
• Package and label shipments following standard operating procedures and complete all necessary documentation for hazardous materials
• Assist in proper storage and management of inventory
• Assist with daily warehouse cleaning duties
• Collaborate with your team to ensure a positive work experience for everyone

Requirements :

What You Will Bring :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrates a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in a stockroom or warehouse setting is a plus
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping programs is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
• Forklift Certification a plus
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Teams, preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work efficiently within deadlines

Physical Requirements

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation :

• Frequently lift and carry packages weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Walk up and down stairs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend and stoop to pick up packages
• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment
• The role primarily requires prolonged standing and continuous movement throughout the work shift
