Join a nationwide family of companies that specializes in creating and maintaining luxury outdoor living spaces. As a Landscaping Specialist in Indianapolis, IN , you’ll perform all facets of property management. Most specifically in the areas of landscape maintenance and / or installs.

Responsibilities

  • Complete account activities and daily tasks as assigned
  • Accurately execute landscape maintenance and / or landscape install duties
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Assist in preparation, cleaning and organizing of greenhouse
  • Assist and participate in client events / parties, holiday set-ups and tear downs as needed
  • Assist with spring and fall cleanups
  • Support other departments with special projects and be able to perform various landscaping duties
  • Organization, storage and care for company’s property and equipment
  • Assist team in completing various shop duties
  • Adhere to safety policies
  • Be a good team member to coworkers and associates

Requirements

  • Sufficient experience in landscaping maintenance and / or landscape installation preferred, but training is available
  • Ability to present oneself in a professional manner to clients
  • Positive attitude
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge and skill in landscape maintenance and / or installs preferred
  • Professional approach to any job situation
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Able to perform the physical demands of the job

    • Compensation

  • $18 – 24 / hour—based on experience
