Travel : Required to visit clients several times a year

Comp Plan : $175-250K+ total comp

The Opportunity

Double your book with LotusGroup Bring $30MM, and we'll match it with $30MM of our AUM!

We're seeking a seasoned advisor with 5-10 years of experience who can bring at least $20-25MM in client assets with them.

In return, you'll receive up to $30MM in client assets to manage without needing to buy into the firm or 'earn' it. If you're a high-achieving, goal-oriented individual who thrives on challenge and autonomy, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

We take care of the overhead, marketing, investments, and back-office tasks; you take care of the clients!

Role & Responsibilities

Build Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.

Your dynamic and engaging approach will make you a trusted advisor.

Provide Tailored Advice : Use your extensive knowledge of financial products and market trends to offer customized advice.

Help clients make informed decisions about investments, insurance, and overall financial strategy.

  • Conduct Financial Analyses : Perform thorough financial analyses and stay updated on industry regulations. Provide clients with timely portfolio updates to ensure they are informed and confident in their financial decisions.
  • Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive financial plans. Your collaborative and influential nature will ensure clients receive holistic financial advice.
  • Communicate Proactively : Maintain proactive and responsive communication with clients. Address inquiries promptly and guide clients through various financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure Compliance : Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all interactions. Ensure full compliance with all rules and regulations.
  • Retain Clients : Retain up to 95% of clients annually to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships and reduce client attrition.
  • Drive Results : Actively prospect for new business, aiming to grow the advisory business by 10% annually. Leverage your assertiveness and goal-oriented mindset to expand your client base and increase revenue.
  • Commit to Growth : Commit to continuous learning and professional development. Stay informed about industry developments to enhance your expertise and provide clients with top-tier service.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to bring in $20-25MM from your own book of business.
  • 5-10 years of experience in wealth management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Client-first mindset, dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Series 65 required.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • The total compensation for this role varies depending on the AUM brought, but it is expected to start at $120K + annually.
  • Partnership eligibility can be earned after 5 years of employment.
