Household Furniture, El Pasos largest and oldest family-owned furniture store, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our team. For nearly 80 years, weve proudly served families across El Paso and were continuing to grow.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead and motivate sales associates to exceed goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive results by focusing on average ticket size, closing percentage, add-on sales, and lead follow-up
  • Provide hands-on coaching, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings

    • What Were Looking For :

  • 2+ years of proven sales management experience (furniture or retail a plus)
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Results-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
