Position Overview :

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a pivotal representative of Rainbow Balloons, managing a variety of service interactions with both accuracy and speed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass managing account inquiries, order processing, shipment tracking through 3rd Party Logistics, and addressing customer concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction by providing stellar sales service.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, understanding and addressing customers' needs while informing them about our product features.
• Employ effective up-selling techniques to promote additional products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting company revenue.
• Process new orders and modify existing ones, while efficiently managing customer accounts—both new and existing.
• Deliver reliable and high-quality customer service in responding to product inquiries, coordinating orders, and solving problems routinely.
• Resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer and order database.
• Multitask effectively to meet multiple deadlines in a prompt manner.
