• Looking for a candidate to join our team full time as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Cardiology and Internal Medicine care .*
• Practice has 1 Cardiologist and 2 Physician Assistants *
• Job Summary : *

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat various cardiac conditions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Responsibilities : *
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
• Must be willing to travel to various nursing homes.
• Order diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications
• Skills : *
• Proficient in clinical research methodologies and data analysis
• Skilled in assessing vital signs and interpreting results
• Competent in conducting diagnostic evaluations for various medical conditions
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record systems
• Strong case management skills to ensure coordinated patient care

• Education & Experience : *
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Board Certified Physician Assistant
• 1+ years experience in the applied specialty preferred
• BLS certified (ACLS prefered)
• Current CDS required
• Current DEA required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities

Salary package is negotiable depending on experience.

Pay : $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
