Job Description
The Manager, National Maintenance - Vendor is responsible for providing support to local market Assistant Maintenance Managers Occupied, Maintenance Coordinators and occupied technicians in both a training and support role.
Training occupied work order processes, key performance indicators, large project management, inventory management, Field Services technician app, Triforce, Margin Point and other product usage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
Act as a training and quality control resource to ensure proper workflows for all market AMM-O's, occupied work orders, maintenance coordinators, etc.
Help develop and implement strategic plans to optimize construction support processes and drive efficiency across national projects
Coach Assistant Occupied Maintenance Managers on work order processes, KPI metrics and maintenance processes.
Mentor and inspire AMM-O's by reinforcing Standard Operating Procedures, providing consistent communication, and one-on-one development
Conduct quality control inspections on various projects during market visits
Act as the subject matter expert for training field team members in new systems, process developments, and initiatives
Coach Assistant Occupied Maintenance Managers on vendor relations, resident experience, customer service and project management
Proactively participate in periodic maintenance KPI meetings
Prepare and provide regular analysis on project progress, budget variance, and other key metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Communicate with team members to support the development of short and long-range goals
Provide logistic and on-the-ground support to market teams in the event of natural disasters or staffing shortages / issues.
Collaborate with and support the Centralized Review team on project review.
Assist with training field team members in new systems, process developments, and initiatives.
Act with integrity and demonstrate support for Tricon employees and values.
Qualifications :
- Takes ownership of work product and delivers within tight deadlines

- Experience managing complex projects through to successful completion
- Track record of building respectful and successful relationships with both internal and external team members, vendors, direct reports, leadership, etc.

- Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy and consistency

Minimum Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- 8+ years of construction project management or similar experience
- Valid Driver's License

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$74,930.00 - $124,890.00
