Clearwater Living is looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations to join our senior leadership team. The senior leadership team at Clearwater have a combination of experience, talents, and in-depth industry knowledge that makes them well-qualified to serve their stakeholders’ needs.
The Senior Vice President of Operations will provide the leadership and management of Clearwater’s operations in order to ensure financial strength, operating effectiveness and reputational success.
The SVP of Operations will possess a respectful, collaborative and energetic style, guided by the vision, mission, values and objectives of Clearwater.
This position is ideally based out of CA or West Coast Base Annual Salary starts at $240,000
Essential Functions :
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the VPs of Operations and Directors of Operations focusing on standards of excellence, quality and innovation.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance operations team, with coaching, mentoring and growth development as cornerstones.
- Achieve and surpass occupancy, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable culture.
- Provide timely, accurate and complete communication on the operating condition of the company’s portfolio of senior living communities to all stakeholders including Clearwater leadership and community ownership partners.
- Collaborate with the VPs of Operations, Directors of Operations and others on the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure and enhancement of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth and performance objectives of the organization and align with industry best practices.
- Represent the organization professionally and confidently with residents, families, fellow teammates, clients, investors, and business partners

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- At least 10 years of strong and successful multi-site operational experience in senior living
- Masters degree in business or related field preferred
