J.R. Butler, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Resourceful learning from operational manuals, consultants, and any other sourced material on equipment
• Installation of new equipment to manufactured specifications
• Teach equipment operators inspection process and regularity of machines
• Troubleshoot (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and lubrication systems)
• KPI must be reported to the Maintenance Manager
• Follow Butler standard of communication
• Establish, train, and provide ongoing coaching for the way problem solving is done in the department
• Monitor, manage problem solving to achieve KPI’s

Knowledge / Qualifications :

• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing setting
• Experience working in aviation or heavy equipment or auto maintenance
• OSHA knowledge
• Be able to order and provide tools needed to keep production going
• Understanding of fundamentals of electricity
• Mechanical reasoning
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
• Ability to work independently
• Schematic reading experience preferred
• Welding skills are a plus
• Experience working with computer / ordering systems a plus
• Experience working on CNC Machines a plus

Compensation & Benefits :

Starting at $34.00 / hr DOE
