Local Service Company seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using customer service software / tools.
Working Hours are 7 : 30-4 : 30pm
