Key Responsibilities

Lead tactical marketing execution across the portfolio, including digital campaigns and promotions

Collaborate with Sales & Revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Elevate digital presence through SEO / SEM, paid media, and social media strategy

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of marketing leadership experience in upscale, lifestyle, or luxury hotel and resort brands

Strong background in digital marketing and brand activation

Experience working with Sales and Revenue teams to drive growth

Proven success in managing budgets and executing multi-channel campaigns

Hands-on, tactical mindset with leadership skills
