Salary : Starting from $14 / hour

Do you have experience working with children between 8 weeks and 18 months of age? Do you have strong classroom leadership, understand the nourishment needs of children? We are looking to fill a few Lead Guide roles for our upcoming school.

In this role, the teacher shall understand the development stages of the child, be able to introduce the child to different lessons and be a good team player. The teacher shall be able to create lesson plans for each child, handle child development using scientific materials in the prepared environment, and establish a close partnership with each parent.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any subject
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working with children between 8 weeks and 18 months using the Montessori method
  • Must have basic know-hows on using computers, tools and social-media
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Should be Certified in Montessori education or interested in pursuing a certification
  • Should excel in communication with the parents & school leadership
  • Should be able to mentor junior staff
  • Should be familiar with or be able to learn to basics of computers
