100 miles away from any Monument Health facilityPermanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a travelerPatient Types : Please ensure traveler understands this is a float pool position floating throughout various units within Rapid City location within or below scope of practice (to include MedSurg)Patient Ratios : RN : 1 : 4-5Required Certifications : RN : BLS, ACLS, NIHSSRequired Education : Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing;
Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of NursingBSN requiredSkills required : PCU level RN willing to float to Med / Tele this is a float pool position throughout scope of practiceMust have experience with titration of all drips below please ask manager approval prior to offer if traveler is not completely comfortableCommon titratable drips : Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Levo, Dopamine, InsulinCardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, Blood product administration, CIWA, drain / tube management, indwelling and straight catheter insertion / management, continuous bladder irrigation, chest tube maintenanceExperience with Cardiac procedural recovery (CABG / TAVR / post Cardiac Cath), MI pharmacology, Heparin gtts283570
