Equipment Sales Manager

Location : Tarrytown, NY

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000

Summary :

This position is a New Equipment Sales Manager reporting to the CEO of the company. The New Equipment Sales Manager will have a strong knowledge of sales processes and our product lines with proven problem-solving skills, be an accomplished team player and be able to work directly with Business Development Director and Sales team.

Qualifications and Responsibilities :

  • Experience selling equipment within construction, heavy industrial or commercial
  • Experience leading Sales teams by KPI’s and using HubSpot tool
  • Experience focusing on each team member’s productivity and closure rates
  • Experience training teams on various sales tactics
  • Manage product sales functions of the company
  • Provide leadership needed to achieve the enterprise sales targets
  • Lead various functions and the management / development of the sales team
  • Provide expertise on sales projects, and achievement of the annual business plan
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and to monitor customers' preferences.
