Location : Tarrytown, NY
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
Summary :
This position is a New Equipment Sales Manager reporting to the CEO of the company. The New Equipment Sales Manager will have a strong knowledge of sales processes and our product lines with proven problem-solving skills, be an accomplished team player and be able to work directly with Business Development Director and Sales team.
Qualifications and Responsibilities :
- Experience selling equipment within construction, heavy industrial or commercial
- Experience leading Sales teams by KPI’s and using HubSpot tool
- Experience focusing on each team member’s productivity and closure rates
- Experience training teams on various sales tactics
- Manage product sales functions of the company
- Provide leadership needed to achieve the enterprise sales targets
- Lead various functions and the management / development of the sales team
- Provide expertise on sales projects, and achievement of the annual business plan
- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and to monitor customers' preferences.
