Proventure is hiring for a Director of Finance who will provide financial guidance and assistance on all aspects of operations, working alongside their peers.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
- 7 or more years accounting or finance experience
- 4 or more years of supervisory experience
- 3 or more years of hospitality / hotel experience
- Experience working with enterprise accounting software
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables; and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Outstanding customer service skills for effective communication with management
- Remarkable multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
Responsibilities include :
- Oversee, review, and ensure completion of the accounting teams work; including journal entries, reconciliations and reporting requirements.
- Oversee financial reporting & metrics of the accounting and finance teams.
- Creating, Maintaining, and Reporting financial statements for review with executive team
- Hire, Mentor and Manage accounting team
- Oversee and review budgeting and forecasting for the organization
- Review and ensure compliance of internal policies, procedures, and controls
- Working with executive and financial shared services team
Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM
Compensation : $135,000 - $175,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefits package
