Our team of highlyskilled physical occupational speech and respiratory therapistsreally care and work together to create an individualized therapyplan that helps residents reach their highest level of functioningin as short an amount of time as possible preparing for theireventual return home.

• Physical Therapist PT isto assist in planning organizing developing and implementingPhysical Therapy services in accordance with current applicablefederal state and local standards guidelines and regulations and asmay be directed by the Director of Rehabilitation and / or theAdministrator to assure that the highest degree of quality residentcare can be maintained at all times
• PhysicalTherapist must possess the ability to plan develop organizeevaluate and implement the programs goals objectives policies andprocedures etc.

• Physical Therapist will Interpretand / or instruct in physical therapy policies and procedure topersonnel residents family members etc. asnecessary.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistantsas outlined by the State Physical Therapy PracticeAct.
• Maintain treatment records resident filesand progress notes as required and maintain an adequate liaisonwith families and residents

Requirements :

• Must possess a current license and registrationto practice as a Physical Therapist PT in the State ofNY.
• Must possess current malpractice insurancelicense in good standing
• Dedicated to providingextraordinary compassionate care as a Physical TherapistPT
• Energetic enthusiastic committed &passionate about quality care
• Genuinelyinterested in helping ill injured disabled elderly emotionallyupset & sometimes challengingresidents
• Patience a cheerful disposition &willingness to assist any residents &coworkers
• Excellent communication customerservice & organization skills
• Trusted towork independently & in a teamenvironment
• Able to work well under pressureflexible & will work harmoniously with allstaff
