Essential Functions :

  • Develops and executes strategic business plans for RRCU to support vision, business growth objectives and member experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sales, marketing, and service strategies to meet defined service, sales, production, and member retention goals.
  • Oversees strategic performance measurements for RRCU's Net Promoter Score program, including the collection, monitoring, and reporting member feedback and complaints, troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and partner with team members for solution development and member experience enhancement.
  • Develop and drive member engagement through the creative and effective execution of cross-channel business development, referral, and sales / member engagement programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate the results and effectiveness of programs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze economic, regulatory, social, cultural and competitive developments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate the offering of products, services, and process enhancements and communicate growth opportunities.
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of company-wide promotions and contests within the retail branches.
  • Oversee the sales and incentive tracking programs to monitor, measure, reward, and reinforce performance.
  • Develop and manage budget, operating plan, financial goals, evaluate metrics for area of responsibility and report progress.
  • Establish, assess, and manage the risk level within areas of responsibility and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to mitigate organizational risk.
  • Completes regular monthly dialogs to assess, clarify and document performance, establishes goals and action plans, and sets up performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions, as needed.

Participates in hiring and firing decisions and recommends promotions. Approves time records and time off requests. Motivates, coaches, and mentors staff.

Resolves employee conflicts, identifies problems, and gives input to management on problem resolution. Acts as a mediator between staff and management personnel.

Experience :

Requires at least ten years of similar or related experience.

1) A master's degree, or (2) a bachelor's degree plus professional certification (e.g., CPA).

Work involves motivating and influencing other leaders and stakeholders to accomplish key organizational objectives. External contacts are vital, not only for the success of the position, but the success of the organization overall.

Work involves making material presentations to the Board of Directors, community leaders, and business leaders.

This is a hybrid position.
