Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our Program and Operations team as an Operations Specialist to help ensure the smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally;

while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role often encompasses multiple areas including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, process definition and improvement.

• 3-6 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Advanced Excel experience
• Project management experience (preferred)
• PowerBI experience (preferred)
• Microsoft Office experience
• Familiarity with databases such as Salesforce
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and flexibility with variable assignments
