Usted toma propiedad y responsabilidad para resolver problemas con una sonrisa, ayudar y guiar a otros. Responsabilidades claves incluyen asegurárse que miembros del equipo y Gerentes de turno completen todas las tareas asignadas, servicios seguros, alimentos de calidad y de manera amigable.
También asistirá al RGM con el manejo de inventario, revisión de reportes financieros, búsqueda, contratación y desarrollo de excelentes miembros de equipo y Lideres de Turno, haciendo que se cumplan normas de salud y seguridad.
