Creative Director One Mission Society Engaging the One to Reach the Many
Lead the Marketing and Communications Team to promote the mission and message of One Mission Society. Oversee activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization’s brand reputation and missional message in conjunction with the overall goals and priorities set by the OMS USA Board of Trustees and OMS USA Senior Leadership.
Work in a collaborative environment with other OMS departments to promote the OMS ministry worldwide.

Implement all marketing / communications / public relations activities, both external and internal, in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision and objectives for OMS USA.
Develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing and communications plan to advance the organization’s goals and objectives.
Lead the Marketing and Communications team to broaden awareness of the organization’s programs and priorities; and increase the visibility of all engagement opportunities with OMS USA across targeted audiences.
Oversee the implementation of the OMS USA Communications and Marketing products and services including but not limited to : newsletters, magazines, annual reports and other print publications, website, email, social media and other online communications, audio / visual strategy and production, broadcast, public relations, marketing displays, branded merchandise, and all other collateral materials.
Lead the creative team in a collaborative fashion that allows consistency of message and complimentary calls to action across all Marketing and Communications platforms and outputs.
Participate in strategic and tactical discussions with other key leaders to set organizational priorities in accordance with the goals and objectives of the organization.
Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct quarterly and annual performance appraisals.
Create short- and long-term plans and budgets for the Marketing and Communications department and its activities, monitor department progress towards objectives, assure compliance and evaluate performance of people and processes with the Marketing and Communications team.
Design and oversee market research activities to keep abreast of changing demographics, industry trends and other relevant factors for ongoing evaluation of marketing communications activities.
Keep senior leadership informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations. Offer creative uses of this information to help the organization operate with initiative and innovation in engaging missionaries donors, partners and volunteers in all demographics.
Collaborate as needed across departments and teams to encourage alignment with OMS USA and OMSG branding. Provide appropriate print and digital collateral materials for various departments on deadline, within budget, and in line with the broader organizational objectives.

Skills and Experience Requirements
Passion for missions and commitment to One Mission Society
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated administrative expertise
Excellent organizational skills including high level project management experience
Clear and effective oral and written communication
Able to maintain confidentiality
Proven internal customer service skills
Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Details
This position is fully paid by One Mission Society and does not require raising financial support.
Salary Range : $70,000-$80,000
