We seek a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Manager and Cook for our all-male Sober Living environment.
The ideal candidate will support our daily operations by preparing, cooking, and distributing nutritious and delicious meals to our Sober Living Homes residents.
Responsibilities include assisting the House Manager and Assistant Manager with record-keeping, food procurement, inventory management, and maintaining a clean work environment.
The candidate must have a valid California driver’s license and be able to drive to purchase food and supplies from local vendors and deliver meals to our sister locations within a 5-minute drive from our primary location.
Qualifications :
- Minimum high school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to lift, bend, and twist boxes up to 40 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations) (required)
- Food Handler's or ServSafe Manager Certificate (preferred)
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
This part-time position offers $23 / hour for approximately 20 hours per week.

- Action Sober Living homes are alcohol- and drug-free environments. A pre-employment drug test, including THC testing, is mandatory after a conditional job offer.
