Human Resources Director
Title : Director, People & Culture, Southwest
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Travel : 40% supporting offices across AZ, UT, NV
Compensation : 150-170k plus bonus
Our client, a global construction organization, is looking for a dynamic Director, People and Culture to spearhead People initiatives across multiple geographic markets in the southwest.
In this role, you will be pivotal in aligning talent development, engagement, and retention strategies with organizational goals.
You’ll work closely with leadership to create a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. As a trusted advisor and coach, your efforts will enhance team effectiveness and drive organizational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR professional with experience ideally from a construction environment across people strategy, employee engagement, DEI, performance management, talent development, rewards, employee relations, policy design, payroll compliance, HRIS and organizational design.
