To assist in the operation of the Laboratory sections.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
20%1. Responsible for overseeing the daily work done by the associates in the section utilizing managerial skills to effectively direct others.
20%2. Maintains efficient operation of the section. Insures accuracy of testing.
5%3. Promotes teamwork. Creates a cohesive productive environment.
5%4. Provides continuity of service under the guidance of Laboratory Management

Job Qualifications : QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : State necessary CLIA requirements, , Medical Technologist, MLT or equivalent
Experience : 3-5 years in one or more clinical areas
