Construction Tradesman Build, Restore & Make a Difference

Are you a hard-working construction tradesperson with a broad skill set? Do you take pride in restoring spaces and supporting clients in need?

Join our veteran-led, family-owned SERVPRO team! In this hands-on role, you'll help bring homes and properties back to lifeworking side by side with project managers to make damage feel Like it never even happened.

    • What Youll Do

  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and schedule tasks efficiently.
  • Drywall & Finishes : Expertly install drywall, handle mudding / taping, and apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets to restore aesthetic beauty.
  • Interior & Exterior Work : Paint and stain internal and external surfaces to restore curb appeal and property charm.
  • Demolition & Removal : Safely perform demolition and debris removal to prep spaces for rebuilds.
  • Reinstallation : Reinstall fixtures and items accurately to ensure they function properly and look polished.
  • Quality Assurance : Maintain high workmanship standardsidentify and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration & Record-Keeping : Work well with teammates, meticulously track work performed and hours logged, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

    • What You Bring

  • Experience in professional home remodeling or a related field is required.
  • 2-year college degree preferred.
  • A rock-solid work ethic, honesty, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

    • Schedule

  • Full-time, between the hours of 7AM7PM (MonFri), minimum 40hrs / week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends (based on project demands), and local travelwith occasional out-of-area work.

    • Physical Demands

  • Occasionally - lifting materials, climbing ladders, operating in heat / cold, working amid noise and machinery. Frequently - walking, standing, driving, using tools, and navigating jobsite environments.
