Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage Program Schedule and Cost Performance (SPI / CPI) for a large program
- Coordinate and develop program integrated master schedule (IMS)
- Collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestones
- Coordinate part procurement and asset management in support of lab integration
- Facilitate customer demonstration events and program reviews both onsite and offsite
- Lead bid and proposal efforts
- Present technical and program data to customers and executive leadership
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experienceORAdvanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience ORIn absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required.
Engineering / Other Technical Positions : Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering o r Mathematics (STEM))and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws / regulations
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation / reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
- Experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification / validation, and transition to production.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, experience presenting technical data to program management and executive leadership
- Familiarity with radio transceiver architecture / design, basic radio functional component blocks, performance specifications and test methodologies
- Familiarity with Open System Architecture (OSA)
- Extensive experience with the bid and proposal process for the DoD
